RESMET Performance and Availability Updates
This week we made several key enhancements:
Searching for active rental and sale listings will be much faster!
Listing searches are now sorted by building number by default.
You can now enter any number of months for the lease term and have it show up on the auto-generated lease
You can now edit 'historical' listings. These are listings on the availability tab that are Rented, Sold, or Off Market. This is useful if you have to correct rental listing information before printing a lease.
UPDATE: Pricing issue is now fixed
Our next batch of updates plan to address the 'Fundamentals' and 'Details' tabs. We hope to make them more user-friendly and also have the Overview page additionally list the information currently accessible on 'details'.
