How does the neighborhood search work?

Simply separate the list of neighborhoods by commas and RESMET will return all properties with neighborhoods that match.

The match is exact; i.e. searching for "Bay" will not return properties in "Back Bay" or "Bayside".

What is a Super User?

Only Super Users can access the settings tab. The settings tab allows you to add, modify, and remove users, areas, and neighborhoods. By default we give the initial RESMET account Super User priveleges.

Be careful when removing Super User priveleges; if you remove these priveleges from every user then noone will be able to access the settings tab anymore!

How do I add the new tenants during lease generation?

The tenants that are displayed when generating a lease come from the list of current residents on the "People" tab.

Be sure that you've added the new tenants (and removed the old ones) on the "People" tab before trying to generate a lease.

How can I search by Address?

The address search field allows you to search by building number or street name.

Just enter any one of the above criteria in the 'Address...' search field and all properties matching your criteria will appear.

    Advanced
You can also get more results by using the "Advanced" option for address searches. The advanced option will return all properties that have a street that contains your criteria. Without the advanced search, only results that start with your criteria are returned!

The advanced search is a great way to find properties that may not be coming up because of a spelling error or inconsistent use of an abbreviation; e.g. St. or Saint.
